This track is the first extract from a pop-rock-indie EP entitled “tout raté”, in which alster opens up with emotion and sincerity about his past, taking a nostalgic and ironic look at his experiences and regrets. Inspired by the pop-rock influences of his adolescence, he has developed a singular style, where melodic power mingles with vivid, honest lyrics. 'loin de là' is a poignant statement addressed to those the artist has hurt over the years. It explores themes of estrangement, guilt and regret, with the hope of touching all those who have experienced similar situations.
